Dear dr. Pataki,
I wish to accept your proposal for a face-lift at your Institution. I would like to ask some questions concerning the consent form in face lift, which you kindly provided me after the thorough examination and consultation.
I would like to give up smoking soon to follow your recommendations.
Here are the questions,
1/ page 2 - "dietary supplements and medications may delay and interfere with healing" - Which dietary supplements can I not take? I intend on living healthier before surgery, which would include vitamin supplements.
2/ page 3 - "Smokers have a greater risk of skin loss and wound healing" - Would you advise "Haemo-Laser Treatment in Emineo" or BEMER therapy?
3/ page 5 - "may still have the effects of smoking....if not enough time has passed" - The 6 month period we talked about would be "enough time"?..Is there any kind of examination determining "enough time"?
4/ FDA... is that an issue in Hungary?
5/ page 6- "adverse reactions ...herbal, and/or prescription medication " - I assume I will be advised about what medication I can take
6/"large dose vitamins - " - I take different supplements, vitamins of various sorts - Do you need to know which ones?
7/page 9 - I consent to financing the surgery, the use of my telephone and email address, use of photographs, disclosure of my health information - Who do I give my consent to? Dr. Pataki? or Prémium Plasztikai Sebészet?
I would like to ask for a run through of what the surgery looks like. Dr. Pataki showed me videos of the operation, but I was not receptive at the time.
Looking forward to seeing you soon,

Dear Dr. Pataki, you suggested Internal Mastopexy with B-Lite Breast Implants during our consultation. I have few questions: 1. How will the result be if I don’t do the internal mastopexy? 2. If I do with mastopexy where will I have the scar ? Will I have it like long big one or just a small one around the nipple? 3. Does B-lite anatomical implants also have wide range of sizes and shapes for my desired look? 4. Is There a big difference between the B-lite and Natelle implants? Apart from that the b-life is lighter .. does it has as soft natural feel to it? Thank you so much for your help and explanations. Have a nice day, Sylvia

I have developed hard breasts after 15 years of wearing quality implants. I must have developed capsular contracture with outhinning of the tissues. Is it more expensive to operate me like others? What may I expect. What operation do you think must be performed on me, based on the pictures I sent.
Thank you, Kate

I m very interested in fat transfer breast augmentation. i have small breast but i dont want something dramatic just want them to be little bit bigger to match my body. But i have a slim body type but got fat on thigh and belly which i want to lose at the same time. i m wondering if there is a restriction for fat transfer like maybe i dont have enough fat? And i have a 1cm fibroid in my breast can you still have fat transfer? How long it takes to get back to work in a office? I'm currenly in UK. i want to travel to there to get this done. i m wondering how much for that in total roughly. any package for customers like this? I guess so many people from UK would travel there to do surgery cos the price in UK is too expensive. it is a long way to travel there so i want to make everything clear before i go so i have plenty of questions to ask. looking forward to your reply. Thanks, Tess

Dear Dr. Pataki,
I have an odd request; however, I heard that you are an expert in the field.
I have had previous liposuction done to my thighs. It seems like the surgeon may have removed too much under my gluteal fold. On one buttock has a has caused a faint line under the crease and on the other my groove has been deepened and extends slightly too far so its visible when i stand sideways and on the other there is a faint line under my natural crease causing the appearance of a sagging buttock. It has truly affected my self esteem and has caused an appearance of sagging skin in that area. I feel like if there could be a transfer under the gluteal groove it may be possible to return my glutes to their original perkiness but I would truly appreciate your expert advice/ suggestions.
Is this something you would be able to help me with?
I am a local in Hungary, so coming in for a consultation is not a problem. I will gladly send photos!
Thank you, I look forward to hearing from you.

I am ready for the breast augmentation operation this week with dr. Pataki. I was very satisfied with all the consultation and you assistants have answered all question. Sorry that I had so many. I think this operation is for a lifetime. I think almost all questions are answered, but one:
To how many people has the doc used polyurethane implants? What is his opinion about those and the possible disadvantages, as I found in various articles online- see below?
"Polyurethane implants have not been reintroduced in the US since their discontinuation in 1992. Studies have shown potential toxicity with polyurethane."
"The UK has issued a notice to its plastic surgeons to not use these implants."
"Polyurethane does tend to fragment and can make it hard to remove implants in the future."
At the same time, I also read other articles that focus on the advantages of those (Capsular contracture & rotation).
"Polyurethane implants have their advantages and disadvantages, with the advantages in the right patient far outweighing the latter."
This makes me a bit worried, so I'd like Mr Pataki's opinion on that. Obviously, I don't think he would recommend something he is not sure of, but still, I'd need his confirmation, as the fact that it is not approved or recommended in some countries is a bit worrying.
(Maybe I should just stop researching!)
Also, the size would be either 375 or 400, right?
Thanks and have a nice day,
