In this gallery, Dr. Pataki presents some of the most common problems and their individual solutions, from five angles – not from just the most perfect one – for a more realistic view. Postoperative photos were usually taken one year after the operation.

Patient #1

A 23-year-old woman who did not give birth or breastfeed. Specifically underdeveloped, slightly asymmetrical chest and breasts. She wanted much larger, but still natural, breasts that fit her body proportions.

Implementation: Anatomically shaped, round-based cohesive silicone gel implants with high projection and textured surface. Size: 275 cubic centimeters. Inframammary incision, multiplane technique.

Patient #2

A 36-year-old woman who gave birth twice, and breastfed each baby for a half year. Thin shape with 165 cm and 52 kg. Slightly atrophied, softened breasts with mild asymmetry. She wanted not too large, naturally shaped breasts that fit her body proportions, a little bigger than during breastfeeding.

Implementation: Anatomically shaped cohesive silicone gel implants with horizontal axis oval-base, extra-high projection, and textured surface. Size: 280 cc’s. Inframammary incision, dual-plane technique.

Patient #3

A 26-year-old woman, thin and tall. Slightly underdeveloped breasts, with mild asymmetry, and relatively large areola. She wanted not too large breasts with round decolletage, fit for her body proportions.

Implementation: Round-shaped, round-based cohesive silicone gel implants with high-projection. Size: 290 cc’s. Inframammary incision, dual-plane technique.

Patient #4

A 25-year-old woman who did not give birth or breastfeed. Specifically underdeveloped, slightly asymmetrical chest and breasts. A long chest with large distance between the clavicle and the areola. She wanted much larger, but still natural breasts that fit her body proportions.

Implementation: Anatomically shaped cohesive silicone gel implants with medium-high projection and textured surface. Size: 385 cc’s. Inframammary incision, multiplane technique.

Patient #5

A 28-year-old woman who gave birth twice, and breastfed each baby for a half year. Six months after the last breastfeeding period. Specifically atrophied tissues behind the nipples. The nipple-areola complex broadened to a moderate extent but was not sagging. A slight asymmetry has emerged. She wanted firmer, slightly larger, “apple-shaped” breasts that fit her body proportions.

Implementation: Anatomically shaped, round-based cohesive silicone gel implants with extra high projection and textured surface. Size: 255 cc’s. Inframammary incision, dual-plane technique. Autologous fat transfer to the areola area.

Patient #6

A 37-year-old woman who gave birth twice. Atrophied breast tissues after extensive breastfeeding periods. She wanted as big or even bigger breasts as they were during breastfeeding. “I would like to have a close decolletage without a bra”, she said. When seeing pictures, she likes breasts that are very close, almost touching each other, with a somewhat unnatural “American” effect.

Implementation: 375 cc’s cohesive silicone gel implants with high projection and textured surface, dual-plane technique under the muscle.

Patient #7

A 36-year-old woman who gave birth and breastfed. Underdeveloped and slightly asymmetrical chest and breasts. The „before” picture also reveals the phenomena of the thoracic, funnel-like sternum. She wanted much bigger, very spectacular but still natural breasts. She brought photos of the desired shape.

Implementation: Anatomically shaped cohesive silicone gel implants with a slightly horizontal oval-base, high projection, and textured surface. Size: 370 cc’s. Inframammary incision, multiplane technique.

Patient #8

A 32-year-old woman with no children. Significant weight changes in the past, half a year after serious weight loss. Atrophied and severely sagging breasts, significant asymmetry. She wanted firm, no longer sagging, bigger, and more symmetrical breasts that fit her body, with raised nipple-areola complex. Had been on consultation with several doctors who said that the problem could not be solved without external breast lift.

Implementation: 465 cc’s anatomically shaped cohesive silicone gel implants with horizontal axis oval base, high projection on the right side. 480 cc’s dual-cohesive gel implants with high-projection and polyurethane surface on the left. Inframammary incision, dual-plane technique. Internal breast lift on both sides to raise the nipple-areola complex from the same incision.

Patient #9

A 41-year-old woman with two children. Atrophied breast tissues after extensive breastfeeding periods. She wanted as big or even bigger breasts as they were during breastfeeding.

Implementation: Round cohesive silicone gel implants with high projection and textured surface. Size: 400 cc’s. Inframammaryincision, dual-plane technique.

Patient #10

A 20-year-old woman who did not give birth or breastfed. Specifically underdeveloped, slightly asymmetrical chest and breasts. “Short” chest with a short nipple-clavicle distance. She wanted to get rid of her mocked “male-like” appearance with much larger but still natural breasts that fit her body proportions.

Implementation: Anatomically shaped, horizontal axis oval-based cohesive silicone gel implants with medium-high projection and textured surface. Size: 310 cc’s. Inframammary incision, multiplane technique.

Patient #11

A 38-year-old woman with two children. Atrophied breast tissues after extensive breastfeeding periods. She wanted as big or even bigger breasts as they were during breastfeeding that “fit her husband’s big palms”.

Implementation: Round shaped cohesive silicone gel implants with high projection and textured surface. Size: 420 cc’s. Inframammary incision, dual plane technique.

Patient #12

A 38-year-old woman with two children. Atrophied breast tissues after extensive breastfeeding periods. She wanted bigger, but a bit saggy, natural breasts with nipples that point upwards.

Implementation: Anatomical shaped cohesive silicone gel implants with high projection and textured surface. Size: 375 cc’s. Inframammary incision, dual plane technique.
